Why is the core blocker free?
Premium never gates your protection. All blocking and privacy protection in NovaBlock is free, with no account and no trial clock: ads, trackers, popups, fingerprinting, cookie banners and anti-adblock walls. You can block YouTube ads, free, and that will not change.
Premium pays for convenience and cleanup features on top of that: Web Cleaner, Floating Video Cleaner, hiding short-form video, fewer Google sign-in prompts and browser nags, and Family Protection. It does not unlock stronger blocking. The free version and the paid version block exactly the same ads and trackers.
That is a deliberate choice. Some ad blockers put YouTube blocking or tracker protection behind a subscription. We think basic protection should not depend on whether you pay.
