About NovaBlock

Who builds it

NovaBlock is built by Jason Smit in Doorn, the Netherlands.

Why I built NovaBlock

I built NovaBlock because I wanted a quieter web, with fewer ads, trackers and interruptions. I believe basic protection should be free, not a teaser for a paid product. Optional Premium lets people support development without putting core blocking behind a subscription.

How development is funded

NovaBlock is funded by optional Premium subscriptions. No paid allowlists, affiliate deals or data sales. How we fund development.
